We have a one-story ranch. It was a pretty straightforward job. They did a complete tear off, and ended up replacing half the deck. They worked that out at a discounted price since it was bulk lumber. They were easy to work with, and they were cooperative about any changes we had. We changed the color of gutter flashing last minute from white to brown and it was fine with them. We didn’t have any issues. They cleaned up well, it was surprisingly fast start to finish.

He told me he only had slate. At that point, I apologized for wasting his time! I got my wife to look at the slate anyway, though. She looked, and we actually really liked it.
